Are there hidden fees?
No. The 2.5% platform fee is the only fee Biddie charges, and the price you see while bidding is the full price. No service fee, no processing surcharge, no delivery fee for electronic tickets.
Do I pay fees if I do not win the auction?
No. You only pay when you win. If you are outbid, the hold on your card is released in full — no fees deducted.
When is my card charged?
Your card is authorized for your bid amount when you place a bid, and charged only if you win. If you are outbid, the hold is released automatically — most banks clear it within 1-5 business days.
Do I need anything besides a card to bid?
No. An email address and a payment card are all it takes. Sign in, bid what the ticket is worth to you, and pay only if you win.
Why is Biddie so much cheaper than StubHub?
Traditional platforms charge 15-30% because their economics depend on fees added late in checkout. Biddie runs lean auctions with one flat 2.5% fee on winning bids, shown up front in the price while you bid. We pass the savings to you.
